      At Gieves and Hawkes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, here's what you need to know about returns and exchanges:

      We're currently working on a self-service returns portal. In the meantime, if you wish to return a full-price item for any reason within 28 days of purchase, please kindly follow instructions under sections 3 & 4. If you have any questions you can contact us at customerservices@gievesandhawkes.com.

      1. Right to Return
        • Full-Price Items: You can return full-price items within 28 days of purchase. All goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with all labels and garment tags still attached. Any garments returned in an unsellable state will be returned to the customer, and the refund will not be processed. This does not affect your right to return faulty goods.
        • Sale Items: Sale items can be returned within 14 days of purchase. The same conditions apply as for full-price items—goods must be unused, in their original packaging, with all labels and tags attached.
      2. Exchanges
        • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
      3. Return Process
        • To Return an Item: Please see the address below to return your unwanted items to, within the relevant return period (28 days for full-price items, 14 days for sale items) at customerservices@gievesandhawkes.com or for military items contact military@gievesandhawkes.com. We will provide you with return instructions if you have any queries.
        • Return Conditions: All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags and labels still attached. Any items returned in an unsellable condition will be returned to the customer, and the refund will not be processed.
      4. Return Shipping
        • It is the customer's responsibility to pay for all carriage and costs incurred when returning goods. We recommend using a delivery service that insures you for the full value of the goods, as Gieves & Hawkes cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit without proof of delivery.
      5. Refunds
        • Refund Process: We will only refund the value of the goods returned. No carriage costs will be refunded unless previously agreed upon by a member of our Customer Services team via email. Refunds will be processed to the card used for the original purchase and will be issued within 5 days of receipt of the return during non-sale periods.
      6. Exceptions
        • Personalized or Custom Items: These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. This includes any tailored items which have been altered by your request.
        • Hygiene Products: For health and safety reasons, items such as opened underwear, swimwear, and cosmetics cannot be returned unless faulty.
